Sales & selling ch #6

I find items for merchants to sell. So, if a flea marketer needs a hat, I find him a supplier for the hat. Last week, (Aug. 22, 03) one flea seller needed a feathered fan. I knew I had several suppliers in my lead book, and if not, I would surf the net and get her a deal. She was paying $6 for the fan, so I found several sources that could deliver. She was happy, but, I didn't want to be a middle man. I would be making a percentage on each fan I sold to her so I decided to sell her the "lead", In other words, instead of my buying the fan for $4 and selling it to her for $6, I would charge her $25, give her the source and she could then buy the fan for $4 herself. Her comment was "she never pays for leads". So, she would rather give me $2 profit on each fan (she was going to buy a dozen at a time), than give me $25 and never have to pay the percentage to me. In truth, she pays for leads everytime she buys from any salesman. Its already in the commissions. The right lead is worth thousands.

The Liars are everywhere

Liars and magicians. One and the same. We deceive, conjure with story lines, tell the fibs, & convince you that what you see is really happenning. We tell you that a coin is placed here when it is more than likely there. We condition while we entertain, train your observations, and manipulate your mind with suggestions.
